Because we are not located in Zone 3 - or even the colder parts of Zone 4 - we rely
on others for hardiness information for those areas. Our sources for this information
include our suppliers and Clematis on the Web.

Note: All our sources list Tangutica as hardy to Zone 3.
However, we recommend very good drainage for this variety.
And, although Clematis on the Web lists them as hardy to Zone 4,
most other sources, including our supplier, consider the Kivistik Clematis
to be hardy to Zone 3 as well.
